My name is Virginia Martín and I am a broad player-focused Game Designer with 17+ years of experience as a designer.

With 12 shipped projects as a Designer under my belt, also I can offer experience in working in a variety of games genres and leading roles.

I would like to growth in lead level responsibilities, specially around people, by mentoring other designers and empowering others around to do their best work, and work to craft a healthy, talented, and professional design organization.

As a team member, I actively seek feedback and engagement to better myself, and like to work in a humble and open manner, with a willingness to learn from any of my colleagues.
